How We Hire

Our process shifts depending on the role, but the flow stays clear and thoughtful. Most journeys begin with an HR conversation to understand your experience, what you’re aiming for, and how you like to work. Technical positions usually include a skills or problem-solving round, while non-technical roles focus more on communication, judgment, and how you approach real-world challenges.

  • HR Conversation

    A quick chat to understand your background, what you’re looking for, and whether the role aligns with your goals.

  • Technical Rounds

    Depending on the position, you may go through one to three technical stages. These can include a skills interview, problem-solving discussion, or a short assessment that reflects real work. The goal is to see how you think, not to trip you up.

  • Team Meeting

    You’ll meet the people you’d work with, talk through expectations, and get a feel for how we collaborate at Melshams.
